Maintenance

Please submit service requests through your Tenant Portal via Appfolio. If you’re not registered please email info@anchormidwestchicago.com to request a link to register.

Maintenance Requests are triaged and responded to in order of urgency by your property manager. Please allow 48 hours for a response to any non-emergency maintenance requests. Maintenance work is scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am–5:30pm.  

        

Emergency Requests

If your emergency is related to fire, smoke, gas or any other hazardous substance, please call 911 first and than report to your
Property Manager. If it is after business hours, instead of your Property Manager, please call 1-800-491-8733.
